Job summary

Whitefish Credit Union is seeking a Digital Services Representative I to serve as the friendly voice supporting members remotely. You will handle incoming calls, determine needs, verify identity, and connect members with the right staff.

You will cross-train across the Digital Services Department, identify beneficial products, perform teller tasks, assist with online banking enrollment and e-statement processes, and support various departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in person, in writing and over the phone.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, assess caller needs, and verify identity.
• Cross-train to be knowledgeable across the Digital Services Department.
• Identify products/services and explain benefits to members.
• Perform teller tasks (transfers, payments, PIN reset, etc.).
• Assist with online banking enrollment and e-statement process.
• Support collections, branches, and other departments as needed.
• Report to work on time and perform other duties.
