Responsibilities

• Process ACH transactions including ACH Receiving/Origination and returns.
• Reconcile cash advances and monitor account activity.
• Handle dispute processing under Reg E for ATM/debit cards and unauthorized ACH.
• Issue and maintain debit/ATM cards; process mobile and remote deposits.
• Assist with BSA compliance tasks and regulatory training as required.
• Cross-train to support team coverage as needed.
