Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of customer service, data entry, and record maintenance experience.
• Experience assisting members with digital services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve problems about digital services within authority.
• Provide timely responses to member requests via email, fax, chat, or e-channel.
• Maintain records and prepare required reports.
• Communicate changes or disruptions in digital services to staff with clear instructions.
• Keep member account information accurate in E-services with minimal errors.
