Job summary

Credit Union of Texas seeks a Specialist, Digital Services to provide expert support for Online Banking, Online Account Opening, Bill Pay, and RDC. You will respond to member and staff inquiries, process service requests, and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation across ledgers.

You will perform UAT for digital releases, document results, and partner with IT to validate fixes. Strong communication and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate has experience with digital banking products and services such as Online Banking, Bill Pay, and RDC.
• Strong customer service and written communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with GLBA/Reg E and reconciliation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on CUTX digital channel products (Online Banking, Online Account Opening, Bill Pay, RDC) and provide support.
• Handle member and staff inquiries via email and phone; document resolutions for audit trails.
• Process online funding, account funding reconciliations, and general ledger postings monthly.
• Execute and document UAT for digital releases; collaborate with IT to validate fixes.
• Communicate status clearly and elevate issues to management when needed.
• Support cross‑functional teams to resolve member‑impacting issues and maintain a positive team culture.
