Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union is hiring a Remote Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for members across phone, chat, email, and ITMs. You’ll guide transactions, educate on digital tools, and help members achieve financial well-being with care and community.

You’ll deliver service at scale from a remote setting, engaging with members and leveraging multiple systems to resolve inquiries and promote the adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Basic personal finance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through phone, chat, email, and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)
• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Educate members on digital banking services and self-service tools
• Promote confidence and adoption of new technology solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve members' financial well-being through products and services that meet their needs
• Build strong relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development
