Job summary

First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service via calls, chats, and digital channels. The role emphasizes educating members on online banking, BillPay, Zelle, and other self-service tools while referring credit union products and services.

The position reports to the Associate Manager, Member Experience Center and requires residency in Georgia or Texas.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; related college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or related field.
• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
• Working knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior experience in Symitar for Windows (Episys) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and identify opportunities to refer credit union products and services.
• Provide exceptional member service through calls, chats, secured messaging, and other tasks; educate members on digital self-serve options.
