Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join the Life Science & Healthcare Team. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding business with life sciences customers, and leveraging digital channels for customer engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience in life sciences or SaaS, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with SMBs in Europe/EMEA. Remote work in the US East Coast is supported with core business hours.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in life sciences or SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling to Small to medium-sized businesses in Europe or EMEA.
• Knowledge of the LifeSciences/pharmaceuticalindustry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by meeting targets and identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to management through consistent communication.
• Collaborate effectively with small-scale customers and leads through phone calls, webinars and other digital sales channels, adhering to the established sales cycle and processes.
• Continuously build knowledge of Clarivate products and services to effectively position our solutions.
• Actively engage in webinars and online demos, sharing insights on customers, products, and sales with the broader team.
• Maintain remote meeting volumes as established by Sales Management to ensure consistent engagement and productivity.
• Identify and target potential roles within existing customers to expand business opportunities.
