Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our Life Science & Healthcare team. This fully remote US role focuses on driving new business growth, protecting revenue, and delivering creative solutions for life sciences customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, provide accurate forecasts, and collaborate with small to mid-size clients through webinars, calls and online demos, while expanding relationships across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in life sciences or SaaS
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience selling to Small to mid-sized businesses in Europe or EMEA
• Knowledge of Life Sciences/pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by meeting targets and upselling opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to management through regular communication.
• Collaborate with small-scale customers via phone, webinars and digital channels.
• Continuously build knowledge of Clarivate products and services to position solutions.
• Engage in webinars and online demos, sharing insights with the team.
• Maintain remote meeting volumes to ensure engagement and productivity.
• Identify and target potential roles within existing customers to expand business.
