SCAN Health Insurance seeks a Director of Service Operations & Strategy to lead governance, analytics, and transformation for Member Services. You will drive integrated reporting, performance insights, and cross-functional alignment across enterprise partners.

The role emphasizes Voice AI and cost/operational improvements, with a mostly remote work model and a focus on strategic portfolio management and executive-level decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of related experience with 5 years in leadership.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and governance routines.
• Healthcare/Medicare Advantage or regulated service experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy, governance, and operational integration for Member Experience/Member Services.
• Own integrated performance reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate Monthly Operating Reviews and leadership rhythms.
• Translate strategic priorities into execution plans and oversee portfolio.
• Partner with Analytics, Technology, Workforce Management, Training, People & Culture, Finance, Outreach/BPO, and stakeholders.
• Maintain consolidated visibility into hiring needs and recruiting progress.
• Identify and elevate operational roadblocks and dependencies.
• Provide executive reporting and decision support.
• Serve as Member Services SME for Voice AI and automation.
• Analyze productivity, utilization, cost, performance, and trends.
• Support SCAN’s Vision and Goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
