Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will deliver a cohesive, holistic care model that drives patient outcomes while setting your own schedule as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities include synchronous video visits, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Available for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
