Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. Join us to set your own schedule while collaborating within a multi-specialty care model that includes a medical provider and therapist.

You will deliver cohesive, evidence-based nutrition care via telehealth with strong autonomy and support.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) by the CDR with a license to practice in any US state.
• Candidates licensed in multiple states are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for visits conducted through the Pomelo platform.
