Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for midlife and menopausal patients. As part of the Pomelo network, you will hold autonomy over your schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty team, including the patient’s medical provider and therapist, to deliver cohesive care throughout multi-week programs.

You will conduct telehealth visits, document thoroughly, and adhere to clinical and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD or RDN with a state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence with collaborative multidisciplinary approach.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Manage patient programs across multiple weeks to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
