Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a field-based Diagnostics Specialist to educate healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives and programs. This role aligns with the global diagnostic strategy for the U.S. region and requires extensive travel.

You will lead genotyping and diagnostic initiatives, collaborate across functions, and educate stakeholders including KOLs and labs to support sponsored testing utilization and optimal test requisition practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; healthcare degree strongly preferred (MS, RN, PA, PharmD, PhD).
• Minimum 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience in commercial, clinical/medical, or diagnostics.
• Proven success in diverse, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Educate on genetic testing to raise awareness of sponsored testing programs.
• Identify educational needs among IRD healthcare community.
• Provide education on genetic labs and IRD panels with accurate interpretation.
