Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, Inc. is expanding its field sales team to grow customer utilization of AIS, Sound, IHD/consumables and reference lab products. The Diagnostic Success Partner will partner with DSM, DSA and the sales team to drive growth across an assigned region.

We seek a proactive professional with 1–2 years in veterinary or clinical support and 2+ years in sales or customer service. Occasional travel up to 20% is required to connect with hospitals and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Health, Biological Sciences, Lab Sciences or Business-related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as veterinary technician, laboratory technician or medical assistant.
• 2+ years sales or customer service in a professional service industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify key hospitals and target growth opportunities with field sales.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues to retain customers.
• Monitor retention and identify growth opportunities or attrition risks.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to target growth areas and implement solutions.
• Build relationships with referral sources to drive new business opportunities.
