Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote-based role nationwide.

The role focuses on configuring and optimizing Military Health System revenue cycle workflows, partnering with operational SMEs, technical teams, and implementation stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations and tested solutions. You will analyze processes, document decisions, develop test scenarios, and support post-implementation optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or similar environment.
• Knowledge of Third Party Collections, denial management, and accounts receivable.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Ability to develop and execute testing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate into configuration specs.
• Configure workflows, rules, and queues to support billing processes.
• Develop test scripts and perform regression and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions prior to implementation.
• Monitor performance and optimize post-implementation outcomes.
