Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a DHA Configuration Analyst to optimize Military Health System revenue cycle workflows through system configuration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations: Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, AR, and collections.
• Working knowledge of MHS GENESIS and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to translate operational processes and business requirements into system configuration requirements.
• Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies, manual workarounds, revenue leakage, and process improvement opportunities.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical and operational information to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle business requirements and translate operational needs into system configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, business rules, and other functionality supporting assigned revenue cycle functions.
• Partner with operational subject matter experts to understand current-state processes, pain points, and desired future-state functionality.
• Evaluate configuration options and recommend solutions that balance requirements, system capabilities, standardization, and efficiency.
• Document configuration decisions, business requirements, workflows, dependencies, and changes.
• Configure and optimize system functionality for Third Party Collections, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, AR, and collections.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts; perform functional, workflow, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows and resolve defects; collaborate with users prior to implementation.
• Monitor performance and propose post-implementation optimizations.
