Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote nationwide role. You will leverage Military Health System revenue cycle experience to configure workflows, validate requirements, and solve complex business problems with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include configuring revenue cycle components, testing end-to-end processes, and driving improvements to revenue capture and collections while aligning with operational needs and system capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience performing revenue cycle functions within Military Health System or comparable healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, AR and collections.
• Experience working with MHS GENESIS or similar health system configurations.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into system configuration and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate into system configuration specifications and solutions.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, business rules, and functionality for revenue cycle functions.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current processes and future-state functionality.
• Evaluate configuration options and recommend efficient, standardized solutions.
• Document decisions, requirements, and changes per established processes.
• Configure and optimize system functionality for Third Party Collections, coding, claims, denials, AR, and collections.
• Develop test scenarios; perform functional, workflow, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with users to validate solutions before implementation.
