Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote, nationwide role.

You will translate Military Health System revenue cycle needs into configuration choices, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop test scenarios to verify that system functionality matches business requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, configuring settings, and supporting implementation across third party collections, denials, and accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, AR, and collections.
• Working knowledge of MHS GENESIS and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to translate operational processes into system configuration requirements.
• Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and process improvements.
• Ability to develop test scenarios, validate outcomes, and document defects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate needs into system configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current-state processes and future requirements.
• Evaluate configuration options and recommend efficient solutions.
