Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a DHA Configuration Analyst to optimize Military Health System revenue cycle workflows through configuration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

This remote role requires translating operational needs into concrete system configurations, validating outcomes, and driving efficiency and accuracy across processes. The candidate will analyze current workflows, design targeted configurations, and partner with clinical and technical teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or similar complex healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations: third-party collections, coding, claims, denial management, AR and collections.
• Experience with translating business requirements into system configuration specifications.
• Ability to design test scenarios and execute functional, workflow, regression and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate to system configuration specifications.
• Configure settings, workflows, work queues, business rules and functionalities.
• Partner with SMEs to map current and future state processes and identify opportunities.
• Develop and validate end-to-end workflows for system configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during requirements, testing, and implementation phases.
