Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote-based role, nationwide in the United States.

You will analyze and configure revenue cycle workflows for Military Health System operations, coordinating with operational and technical teams to align configurations with business requirements. You will develop test scenarios, validate end-to-end processes, and optimize configurations to reduce denials, improve capture, and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years recent hands-on experience performing revenue cycle functions within a Military Health System or comparable healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, AR, and collections.
• Working knowledge of MHS GENESIS and revenue cycle workflows operating with the system.
• Ability to translate operational processes and business requirements into system configuration requirements.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies, manual workarounds, revenue leakage, and process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle business requirements and translate into system configuration specifications and functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, business rules, and other functionality supporting assigned revenue cycle functions.
• Apply knowledge of Military Health System revenue cycle operations to ensure configuration aligns with requirements.
• Partner with subject matter experts to understand current-state processes, pain points, and future-state functionality.
• Document configuration decisions, requirements, workflows, dependencies, and changes per established processes.
