Qualifications

• 6+ years recent hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Experience translating operational processes into system configuration requirements and testing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a changing implementation environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate needs into system configuration specifications and functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, and business rules.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; perform functional, workflow, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with standardized or automated system functionality.
• Serve as liaison between revenue cycle operations, technical resources, and implementation teams.
