Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote, nationwide role.

The candidate will leverage Military Health System revenue cycle experience to configure workflows, validate system functionality, and partner with stakeholders to optimize denials, charge capture, and collections. You will analyze current processes, document requirements, and develop testing scenarios to ensure configurations meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environment.
• Experience with Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, denials, and accounts receivable workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and testing.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle business requirements and translate into system configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, and business rules.
• Design and execute testing scenarios, including functional, workflow, regression, and UAT.
• Partner with operational users to validate solutions prior to implementation.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for configuration improvements.
