Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst in a remote nationwide role. You will analyze Military Health System revenue cycle requirements, configure system settings, and test solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

You will work with SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders to optimize workflows, reduce denials, and improve revenue capture while maintaining data quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, coding, denials, AR, and collections.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configuration specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate them into configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules for assigned functions.
• Partner with SMEs to understand current and future-state processes and determine effective solutions.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; perform functional, workflow, regression, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
