Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst to drive system configuration for Military Health System revenue cycle workflows.

This remote role collaborates with operational SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into workable configurations and testing plans. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in MHS revenue cycle, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a changing implementation environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on revenue cycle experience within a Military Health System or comparable complex healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, A/R, and collections.
• Experience translating operational needs into system configuration requirements and testing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle business requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications and functional solutions.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, work queues, and business rules to support revenue cycle functions.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts; perform functional, workflow, regression, and UAT testing; validate end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with operational SMEs to understand current and future-state processes and optimize configurations.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated system functionality.
