Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst to design and optimize Military Health System revenue cycle configurations in a remote nationwide role.

Responsibilities include translating operational needs into configuration specifications, developing test scenarios, and partnering with clinical and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive revenue cycle experience within the MHS and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or similar complex healthcare env.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, denials, AR and collections.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configuration specifications.

Responsabilités

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate into system configuration specifications.
• Configure system settings, workflows, rules, and queues to support revenue cycle processes.
• Develop and execute tests to validate configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
