Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst to optimize revenue cycle workflows within a Military Health System context.

The role emphasizes configuring systems, testing solutions, and collaborating with operational and technical teams to improve data quality, reduce denials, and enhance revenue capture. The position supports remote work with nationwide applicants, requiring strong problem solving and multi-project management capabilities in a fast-paced implementation

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience in a Military Health System or similar complex healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, charge capture, coding, denials, AR, and collections.
• Experience with MHS GENESIS configuration and related workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration specifications.
• Experience gathering and validating functional requirements and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
• Configure system settings, workflows, work queues, and business rules to support revenue cycle functions.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and validation for end-to-end workflows.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement configuration changes and monitor post-implementation performance.
