Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a DHA Configuration Analyst to optimize Military Health System revenue cycle configurations. You will translate business needs into system settings, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive testing and validation to ensure compliant workflows.

The role emphasizes configuring denials, charge capture, coding, and accounts receivable processes, with collaboration across operations and technical teams in a remote, nationwide setting.

Competenze

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, denials, and accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of MHS GENESIS and associated revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience identifying workflow gaps and recommending operational or system-based solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear configuration specifications.
• Proven ability to develop test scenarios and validate system outcomes.
