Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote role nationwide.

You will analyze Military Health System revenue cycle requirements, configure system workflows, and validate that configurations meet business needs across Third Party Collections, coding, denials, AR, and compliance. You will collaborate with SMEs, implementers, and technical teams to translate requirements into tested configurations, drive process improvement, and support post-implementation

Qualifications

• 6+ years recent hands-on revenue cycle experience within Military Health System or similar complex healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including Third Party Collections, revenue integrity, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, AR, and collections.
• Ability to translate operational processes into system configuration requirements and develop test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle business requirements and translate them into system configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules for assigned functions.
• Develop test scenarios, perform functional and UAT testing, and validate end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with operational SMEs and stakeholders to ensure configurations meet business needs.
