Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a DHA Configuration Analyst for a remote-based role that supports Military Health System revenue cycle workflows.

You will configure systems, develop test scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements through close collaboration with operation SMEs and technical teams. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of MHS revenue cycle experience, deep knowledge of revenue cycle processes, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on revenue cycle experience in Military Health System or equivalent
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations including third party collections, denials, AR and collections
• Familiarity with MHS GENESIS configuration and related workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration specifications
• Experience developing test scenarios, scripts, and UAT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle requirements and translate them into configuration specifications
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules
• Partner with SMEs to map current-state processes to future-state functionality
• Evaluate configuration options to balance requirements and efficiency
• Document decisions and changes per established processes
• Develop and execute testing to validate end-to-end workflows
• Monitor performance and optimize configurations post-implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during requirements, testing, and rollout
