Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) technical integration strategy. You will unify engineering processes, optimize CI/CD toolchains, and strengthen source code security across newly acquired and existing business units.

You will work across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading SCM platforms to consolidate workflows, streamline pipelines, and ensure a secure, cohesive developer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE or build/release automation.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions; GitLab CI/Bitbucket Pipelines a plus.
• Experience across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Scripting with Python, Bash; REST API integration.
• Git workflows and code governance.
• DevSecOps principles and security-focused pipelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration and integration of SCM and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain build, test, and deployment infra across multi-clouds.
• Collaborate with M&A leads, engineers, and architects to standardize practices.
• Design automation scripts and REST integrations for toolchains.
• Enforce source code security and compliance across pipelines.
• Create technical docs and migration runbooks.
