Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to drive M&A technical integration across multiple cloud environments. You will unify CI/CD pipelines, strengthen security, and streamline tooling for acquired and existing units.

You will work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, coordinating with engineers and architects to standardize practices, automate workflows, and deliver scalable, secure deployments across the global enterprise.

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE/build/release automation experience.
• Strong practical background with enterprise CI/CD systems including Jenkins and GitHub/GitHub Actions.
• Cloud deployments across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Foundational scripting and programming capability (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell) and experience consuming RESTful APIs.
• Deep familiarity with Git workflows, repository management, and code governance models.
• Understanding of source code security principles, pipeline hardening, secret management, and DevSecOps tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate with globally distributed teams.

Mansioni

• Lead the migration, consolidation, and integration of SCM and CI/CD pipelines across diverse platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Maintain and unify build, test, and deployment infrastructure spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Partner with M&A integration leads, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to assess legacy toolchains, recommend target architectures, and drive standardized practices.
• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and REST integrations to orchestrate toolchains and minimize manual overhead.
• Champion DevSecOps across all engineering systems; enforce source code scanning, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Create migration runbooks and self-service guidelines to facilitate onboarding for acquired teams.
