Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive M&A technical integration, unifying CI/CD and SCM pipelines across multiple clouds. You will strengthen security across source code and automation while coordinating with global teams to streamline workflows and standardize practices.

The role focuses on automating pipelines, improving build/test/deploy processes, and enabling rapid, secure integration of acquired units in a remote-friendly, US-wide setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD systems and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Programming/scripting in Python or Bash and REST API integration.
• Security-conscious with pipeline hardening and secret management.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration across SCM/CI/CD pipelines.
• Unify build, test, and deployment infra across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize engineering practices.
• Design automation scripts and REST integrations to reduce manual work.
• Champion DevSecOps: code scanning, access controls, compliance.
