Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) technical integration, unifying CI/CD and security across acquired and existing units. You’ll work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, consolidating pipelines and strengthening source code protection while collaborating with global teams.

You will implement automation, support modern cloud deployments, and help standardize engineering practices, enabling faster delivery and safer systems.

Competenze

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub/GitHub Actions).
• Cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Scripting with Python/Bash and REST API integration.
• Git workflows and code governance.

Mansioni

• Lead M&A toolchain integration and migration of SCM/CI/CD pipelines.
• Unify build, test, and deployment across multiple clouds.
• Collaborate with engineers, enterprise architects, and PMs.
• Design automation scripts and REST integrations to reduce manual work.
• Champion DevSecOps with code scanning and access controls.
• Create runbooks and documentation for onboarding acquired teams.
