Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive Mergers & Acquisitions technical integration. You will unify CI/CD toolchains, standardize practices, and strengthen source code security across acquired and existing units.

This role spans multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading SCM platforms to streamline pipelines and enhance developer experience. You will collaborate with M&A leads, engineers, and enterprise architects to align architectures, automate

Competenze

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE/build automation experience.
• Strong practical background with Jenkins and GitHub/GitHub Actions; exposure to GitLab CI and Bitbucket Pipelines is a plus.
• Experience building and supporting deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Scripting or programming ability (Python, Bash, Shell) and RESTful API integration experience.
• Deep familiarity with Git workflows, repository management, and code governance.
• Understanding of source code security principles, pipeline hardening, secret management, and DevSecOps tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
