Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive the M&A technical integration strategy. You will unify engineering processes, optimize CI/CD toolchains, and strengthen source code security across acquired and existing units, across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will collaborate with M&A leads and enterprise architects to align toolchains, implement standardized practices, and enable a secure, scalable developer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions etc).
• Cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Scripting (Python, Bash) and REST API integration.
• Git workflows and code governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration and migration of SCM/CI/CD pipelines across diverse platforms.
• Maintain and unify build, test, and deployment infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with integration leads, engineers, and architects to standardize practices.
• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and REST integrations.
• Champion DevSecOps practices: code scanning, access controls and security standards.
• Create migration runbooks and self-service guidelines for acquired teams.
