Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) technical integration strategy. You will unify engineering processes, optimize CI/CD toolchains, and strengthen source code security across acquired and existing units.

You will operate across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and collaborate with enterprise architects to standardize practices and automate complex transitions. Strong scripting and REST API integration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or build/release automation experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub/GitHub Actions; GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines a plus).
• Cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Scripting/programming with Python, Bash, or Shell; RESTful API integration.
• Deep Git workflows, repo management, and code governance.
• Security principles, pipeline hardening, secret management, DevSecOps tooling.
• Strong communication to coordinate with global teams during complex transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration, migration of SCM/CI-CD pipelines across Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Unify build, test, and deployment infra across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Collaborate with M&A leads, engineers and architects to align on standardized practices.
• Design and maintain automation scripts and REST integrations to orchestrate toolchains.
• Champion DevSecOps practices: source code scanning, access controls, compliance.
