Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a remote DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the cloud platform that powers our public safety software. You will partner with Engineering, Security and Platform teams to drive reliability, automation, and fast delivery of software across environments.

Key focus areas include AWS-based infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana for observability. You will own CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps practices, and improve performance, security, and

Qualifications

5+ years of professional DevOps/Platform Engineering/ SRE experience.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.

Responsibilities

Build, scale, and maintain cloud infrastructure for a mission-critical platform.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
Improve platform observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting implementations.
Automate internal tooling to boost developer productivity and deployment speed.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to strengthen reliability and security.
