Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, and observability while enabling engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams to ensure cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available, leveraging AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure cloud experience.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting.
• Familiarity with GitOps and ArgoCD.

Responsabilités

• Improve infrastructure reliability and availability.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Enhance platform observability with monitoring and logging.
• Build internal tools to improve developer productivity and automation.
• Partner with engineering to apply DevOps best practices and ensure platform reliability.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to support production infrastructure.
• Own infrastructure projects for long-term scalability and health.
