American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator-Temporary for a remote, 25-hour work week position based in the Northeast, PA. You will support School Fundraising programs for the Kids Heart Challenge, handling data entry, communications with the fundraising team, and school coordination.

Access to a company laptop will be provided. Responsibilities include regular meetings with directors, high-quality data management in systems like Dynamics or Luminate, and preparing

• 3+ years in administrative support, project coordination, or event management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with event planning and coordinating multiple tasks
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel with testing of skills
• Ability to work with senior Directors and volunteers and build relationships
• Able to pass background check and be 18+ years old
• Familiarity with web conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) and data reporting

Responsabilidades

• Meet with directors and volunteers to align objectives
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly
• Support Directors/Sr. Directors, VPs and SVPs
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and minutes
• Work independently and in teams on projects
• Enter, maintain, and report on donor data and events
