Job summary
American Heart Association is seeking a Development Coordinator for a temporary remote assignment in the Northeast, currently posted in New York. You will support School Fundraising programs for Kids Heart Challenge, handling data entry, communications, and school liaison work while assisting the RVP and Development Directors.
Responsibilities include data management, reporting, and coordinating with directors and volunteers.
Qualifications
- Three years of administrative, project coordination, or event management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in event planning and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; testing may apply.
- Ability to work with teams and external partners and adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Meet with directors and volunteers to ensure objectives are met.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Work independently and on team projects; support data needs.
- Enter, maintain, and report donor data and events; generate reports.
