Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team and support customer-focused IT objectives. The role involves development, configuration, and implementation of enterprise systems, including MS SaaS platforms, Power Platform, and Oracle/Dynamics ecosystems.

You will work with IT Analysts and business users to document requirements, help with testing, and drive citizen development where applicable across the application framework.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments using structured techniques; system analysis and design.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes.
• Work independently to understand and document business needs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development.
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems.
• Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches to business needs.
