Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Developer I, Application Systems to join our team to support customer-focused objectives and the IT Vision. The role covers development support, design, programming, and implementation of custom processes within enterprise systems.

You will work with IT Analysts and business users to document requirements, drive citizen development, and deliver solutions across Microsoft SaaS tools, Oracle Fusion, ERP platforms, and Dynamics CRM, with after-hours support as

Qualifications

• 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programming languages and environments; system analysis and design principles.
• Hands-on enterprise application troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft/Oracle databases, process automation, and Agile Project Methodology.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws; including SSAE16, HIPPA, and URAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes
• Work independently to understand and document business needs
• Work with additional functional teams to ensure optimal operations of application development
• Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches to business needs
• Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale
• Develop and maintain documentation of custom processes
• Provide backup administration support to other ASA teammates
• Provide after-hours support
• Development within Microsoft SaaS platforms including Teams, SharePoint, and CoPilot
• Development within the Microsoft Power Platform with hands-on experience in RPA development, with expertise in complex bot development and automating revenue-related workflows preferred
• Development within Atlassian SaaS platforms
• Development within Oracle Fusion, ORMB, OIC ERP platforms
• Development within Dynamics (D365) CRM Platform
• Development Administration within Data movement tools like SmartConnect
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
