Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to turn couples’ wedding visions into unforgettable travel experiences. You’ll design destination wedding itineraries, coordinate flights and resort stays, manage group details, and guide clients from first consult to confirmed booking.

This role rewards strong communication, relationship-building, and a consultative sales approach. You’ll support couples across the United States with personalized, romantic wedding travel

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces (guest lists, room options, payments, group logistics).
• Willingness to learn new tools including CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, and group-travel systems.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus — full training provided.
• Genuine love for romance, celebrations, travel, and helping couples create meaningful memories.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand wedding vision, guest needs, budget, destination, and non-negotiables; present tailored options and guide them through booking.
