Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner who will design personalized destination wedding travel plans and guide couples from vision to confirmed bookings. You will coordinate flights, accommodations, group logistics, and guest experiences with a consultative sales approach.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a love of romance and travel. Training is provided, and the position offers fully remote work with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to guide couples through decisions.
• Strong organizational skills managing guests, payments, and group logistics.
• Willingness to learn new tools like CRMs, supplier portals, and booking platforms.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans covering flights, stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, and honeymoons.
• Engage with couples to capture wedding vision, budget, destination, and non-negotiables; present tailored options and guide to booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, share booking options and payment timelines.
• Handle questions and changes with professionalism, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, dates, and transfers.
• Enhance celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, activities, and memorable moments for couples and guests.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, pre-departure, on-trip, and post-wedding follow-up.
