Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking a Destination Support Specialist to help clients explore travel destinations, arrange accommodations, transportation, and activities, and ensure planning details stay accurate.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, onboarding support, and access to planning tools. You’ll research options, respond to clients by email or phone, keep organized records, and grow into advisory responsibilities with experience in customer service or hospitality.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable organization and attention to coordination details.
• Comfort working with web-based platforms and communication tools.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, research support, scheduling, or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legal eligibility to work (US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain).

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with exploring destination options based on interests, timing, and preferences.
• Support coordination of accommodations, transportation services, and activities.
• Research and compare available reservation selections using approved supplier systems.
• Provide clear updates regarding confirmation progress and planning steps.
• Respond to client questions through email, phone, and secure communication platforms.
• Maintain organized digital records related to trip coordination activity.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and continued learning opportunities.
