We seek a Destination Care Specialist to help clients identify destinations, review vacation services, and organize reservations — all from a 100% remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their vacation interests, dates, and budgets.
• Explore destination choices and identify suitable travel experiences.
• Investigate accommodations, cruise itineraries, vacation packages, and excursions.
• Compare available services and present options based on client preferences.
• Provide information about resort amenities, package features, and reservation conditions.
• Assist with securing selected arrangements through approved supplier systems.
• Review booking confirmations and traveler information for accuracy.
• Organize reservation documents, client details, and itinerary information.
• Monitor upcoming payments, deadlines, and required documentation.
• Respond to general questions and communicate reservation updates.
• Provide follow-up assistance with routine changes and pre-departure preparations.
• Remain knowledgeable about supplier promotions and destination developments.
