The role focuses on structured coordination tasks, digital systems, and ensuring travel arrangements stay accurate from start to finish. Industry experience is welcome but not required, with onboarding resources provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with comparing available travel selections through approved booking tools.
• Provide timely responses to planning questions and service requests.
• Help manage updates related to schedule adjustments or reservation changes.

• Share general destination information when appropriate.
