Job summary

Unique Escapes in the United States is seeking an experienced Event Destination Specialist to convert client inquiries into memorable group travel experiences, including destination weddings, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. This fully remote role focuses on sales, travel research, and building lasting client relationships.

You will guide prospects from first inquiry through booking, propose destinations and packages, prepare professional proposals, and follow up to close bookings

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and deadlines.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and travel booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to capture client preferences, goals, budget, and dates.
• Research destinations, resorts, venues, cruises, and travel packages.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, itineraries, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and experiences.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking with professionalism.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Track sales activity, proposals, payments, deposits, and deadlines in the CRM.
• Coordinate group travel logistics, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
• Follow up to move opportunities forward and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
• Assist with email campaigns, social content, and client onboarding.
• Identify upsell opportunities such as excursions and extensions.
