Unique Escapes in the United States is seeking an Event Destination Specialist to guide clients through planning unforgettable group travel, destination celebrations, and corporate events. This remote role emphasizes sales, research, and turning client visions into organized itineraries.

You will generate proposals, match destinations and venues, and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers while guiding them from inquiry to booking.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, clients, and deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email tools, calendars, and booking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand destination preferences, goals, budget, and dates.
• Research destinations, venues, cruises, and packages that fit client needs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, itineraries, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and inclusions.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking with professionalism.
