Unique Escapes is a travel brand seeking an Event Destination Specialist to convert inquiries into unforgettable group travel and destination events. You’ll research destinations, prepare compelling proposals, and guide clients through the booking journey with a focus on exceptional service.

The role emphasizes sales, travel research, and relationship-building. It supports remote work with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a developing brand.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads for destination weddings, group trips, and corporate events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional tone.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems and travel/booking platforms is preferred.
• Customer-focused sales experience in travel or events is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads for destination weddings, group trips, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats, incentive travel, and special events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's preferences, goals, budget, dates, group size, and expectations.
• Research destinations, venues, cruises, excursions, and packages that fit client needs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, itineraries, room-block summaries, and booking details.
• Present options clearly, highlighting value and unique experiences.
• Guide clients through decision-making and booking with professionalism.
• Build relationships with clients, travel suppliers, resorts, and internal teams.
• Track leads, sales activity, proposals, payments, deposits, deadlines, and requests in the CRM.
• Coordinate group logistics such as accommodations, transfers, excursions, and pre/post-event stays.
• Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
• Assist with email campaigns, social content, onboarding, and referrals.
• Identify upsell opportunities like excursions and upgrades.
